"Transportation Project Impact Case Studies (T-PICS) is a web tool that provides access to a nationwide database of 100 case studies that describe the pre- and post-construction economic development effects of 11 kinds of transportation projects. With T-PICS users can conduct “before and after” assessments of a range of projects, compare case studies developed for each project to other similar projects in the database, and view a wide range of information about each of the case studies. The tool can also be used to estimate a range of possible economic impacts that might result from constructing a project.
